Another week

I realized I have not written in a week now.  I suppose we have been keeping busy and life has just been moving right along.  So, what's been happening in the last week?

SCHOOL...
It happens everyday around here (well almost every day!)  Last week we had the joy of doing a little bit of school with our friends before playing the rest of the day away!

 

We are nearing the end of our school year, just 3 weeks left!!  I think we are all feeling a bit worn out and ready for a break and at the same time in a pretty good groove.  We will finish the year off well.  How can it be that I will soon have a 3rd grader and a 1st grader?!

PETS...
We have all sorts of pets around here and they seem to keep us busy!  Nibbles the Hamster is still doing well and isn't really nibbling anyone anymore.
Wormy and Squirmy are fun to watch and have a jar of live crickets sitting next to their habitat (not my favorite thing but it is pretty cool to watch them hunt and eat!) Not sure I have posted pictures of them yet...here they are!

Thunder is doing better, finally!!!  His incision finally seems to be healing up well, he had to get it restitched about three times.  We are so ready for him to be back to normal.  Stitches come out next week, whew!

LIFE...
God continues to teach me all sorts of things through all different circumstances.  I am so thankful for his every present help, love, and guidance through each day of my life.  The trials of parenting, friendships, family situations and just life in general can seem overwhelming at times but so thankful for Jesus in my life, helping me through.

The weather has taken a turn, we are seeing sunshine again and that feels wonderful!!  So, here's to another week of life, love, and other mysteries (like feeding crickets to the frogs!).
