Although we were not at one of the most exciting games (they won 11-1), we were able to make it to one of the Rockies games. We are excited to see that they made it into the World Series! The game began Nate's and my annual weekend away. After the game we had the weekend to ourselves (well, relatively - Sarah and Thunder accompanied us, so I guess we were just missing Elizabeth) and went up to the Rocky Mountains. Unfortunately the aspen had already lost many of their leaves but we still saw some beautiful sights and we loved getting away. We love the Rockies - both kinds!

How fun - the game and the getaway! Glad you had both. I just attended my first NFL game last weekend (Cowboys vs Patriots) but it was not as successful as your team.... :)
